Do you accept returns?
Yes, your satisfaction is our top priority!  If you have any problems, questions, or wish to exchange/return an item, please let us know by calling Customer Service at 855-500-8337 or by emailing mopstore@mops.org. Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, our brands ship within two business days of receiving an order.

What happens if one of the products I ordered is missing or damaged merchandise?
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call directly Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally or outside the United States?
Yes, orders from outside of the 48 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS.
