Do you accept returns?
Yes, your satisfaction is our top priority!  If you have any problems, questions, or wish to exchange/return an item, please let us know by calling Customer Service at 888.910.6677 ext. 2752 or by emailing service@mops.org. Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We make every effort to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. Unless noted at the time you place your order, all orders ship out 1-2 times a week.

What happens if one of the products I ordered is missing or damaged merchandise?
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please let us know by calling Customer Service at 888.910.6677 ext. 2752 or by emailing service@mops.org and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally or outside the United States?
At this time, we are only accepting orders within the continental United States.
